Dear GUEST,
From the very beginning our main goal has been to provide the best possible
service to our GUESTS, almost to the point of obsession, we have
been striving to constantly improve the quality of our services in order to
have satisfied GUESTS that would come back again and again. So far, I think
we have succeeded, the fact that Hotel “Ana” is regarded by almost
all GUESTS as the most friendly and modern hotel in Sibiu.
But we don’t lay back in contentment, we are always remodeling, adding,
retraining; it’s a vast hotel. To give you a few examples of our devotion
to quality; we are in the process of applying for ISO 9001 certification for
hotel quality, we send our employees for trainings outside Sibiu to improve
their skills . And so on and on, constant improvements like the internet service
in GUEST rooms that is now available.
These are details that you won’t usually notice when you visit us, but
it’s reassuring to know that we are taking care of them. As you can see,
to better serve you is foremost in our minds, always.
